Types of Camps & Clinics we Offer

Each activity/event we hold is 1hr to 5.5hrs in length & progressive in nature. Some cover general topics, while others are catered to work on specific skillsets. Please take a look at the details for each offering to determine best fit.

Beginner

  • repetitive drills, both stationary & moving, no defense

  • repetitive drills, correct passing form, floor target, lead passing, passing in the pocket, catching & triple threat

  • repetitive drills on stance & sliding, leg strength & stamina, quick feet, active arms, knowing body positioning relative to man, ball, a basket.

    small scrimmage games at the end.

    (we DO NOT shoot 3 pointers in foundational shooting classes!)

Intermediate

Advanced

Other

  • improving fitness & endurance with your own body weight

  • Speed, Agility, & Quickness drills

  • Film Study: Bring film of yourself for breakdown, or choose from one of ours.

  • Our coaches can lead a team practice or other activity for your team as a whole to build comradery, improve communication, increase effort, etc.

  • showcase your basketball ability in various head to head competitions, such as King/Queen of the Court

    compete in challenges as well to put your skills to the test

  • controlled 3v3 & 5v5 scrimmages

    end game situationals are also ran to test player’s basketball IQ
