Ball Out offers Refund Protection for $10.00 per person, per activity/event. This fee is due at the time of registration and cannot be purchased later. Refund Protection entitles you to a full refund of your registration if you cancel for any reason at least 1 week prior to the start date of the activity/event.

If you purchase Refund Protection and cancel less than 1 week prior to the activity/event start date, you will receive a credit that can go towards a future offering from Ball Out. This credit must be used within 6 months.

Please note that the $10.00 Refund Protection fee itself is always non-refundable.
